Point Wild. names after Frank Wild who led the expedition team after Shackleton made the epic journey to South Georgia to find help. They were rescued after 4 months on this tiny, inhospitable piece of land.
It looks like a lovely day in this picture, but the wind and sea swell made it impossible for us to land.
