Q. Where would you find 2.5 million stars?

A. Under the sea! More precisely on Seafloor Explorer, and I am of course talking about seastars (starfish). The project recently passed the 2.5 million mark for seastar classifications. This makes them the most common creatures in Seafloor Explorer. There have also been over 1 million scallops, one hundred thousand fish and one hundred thousand crustaceans marked so far. Have a go at finding some yourself here http://www.seafloorexplorer.org/
