Moon Zoo is one of the oldest Zooniverse projects and today it celebrates its 4th birthday! Our volunteers on the project have spent the last four years mapping craters and boulders in images the Moon’s surface taken by the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter. Millions of images have been classified, corresponding to a huge surface area.
