Red and green are unquestionably the colours of the Christmas season. However, they also happen to be the colours of our own galaxy as seen through the Spitzer Space Telescope. This collage is made from the nine images of nebulae from the Milky Way Project that feature in the top 100 most-favourited images across all projects in the Zooniverse. Very festive indeed!
