Dear Project Builders,
As you may have noticed, we recently implemented a change in how you download data exports from the Project Builder. Formerly, we sent a direct link for you to download your data, with the caveat that the link would expire in 24 hours.
We received some feedback that the links were expiring too quickly, so from now on, we won’t send direct links via email. Instead, we’ll send you an email letting you know your data is ready for download, with a link directing you back to the Project Builder Data Exports page:
The “Download from your lab data exports page” link will take you to the Data Exports tab of the Project Builder. Once there, you’ll see a “Download your data” link next to the list of available exports:
For workflow classification exports, click on “request new workflow classification export.” In the pop-up that lists your workflows, there will be a link directly to the right of the workflow, which will allow you to download the workflow export:
